End User License Agreement (EULA)

The CoolSelection plugin ("Software") and the included documentation is copyright © 2020–2023 Viktor Horiachykh ("Author"). All rights are reserved. The software may be used, installed or copied only in accordance with the terms of the license described in the following paragraphs.

Distribution Terms

The evaluation version of the software may be freely distributed, provided that the original distribution package is not modified in any way.

Evaluation Version

This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for two weeks for evaluation purposes without charge. To use the software without the time limit, you need to purchase a license.

Grant of License

The software is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase of a license, the author grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software and all its features according to the terms of this EULA as described in the License section.

License

License grants the purchaser, or agents of the purchaser, rights to install and use the software on two computers at any given time. To install and use the software on more computers, you must purchase the corresponding number of licenses.

Distribution of License Keys

License keys issued by the author may not be distributed by any person, organization or their agents without written permission from the author.

Disclaimer

This software is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. In no event shall author or his agents be liable for any loss or inaccuracy of data, loss or interruption of use, or cost of procuring substitute technology, goods or services, or any other loss or damages.

Modifications

Unauthorized modification, decompilation or reverse engineering of the software or any subset of the software without written permission from the author is strictly prohibited.

Terms of Acceptance

Installation or use of this software signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with them, you must stop using and remove the software from your devices. The author reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

Refund Policy

Warning: This software uses an Internet-based license management system. If You'll get a refund, Your License Key will be disabled. This means that Your copy of software will stop working.

The author strongly encourages everyone to download the free trial, try it on the operating system you intend to use it on, and ensure you are completely happy with the product: it suits your needs, your level of expertise, and your device.

You can get a refund if both of the following conditions are met:

1. 30 days or less passed after the purchase of a license.

2. There is a technical problem with the software that cannot be resolved by contacting support.

Send the refund request to support email. State your invoice reference number along with the detailed and grounded reasons why the refund has been requested.

Privacy Policy

This software uses an Internet-based license management system provided by softWORKZ (www.softworkz.com).

License management system collects Your E-mail address and the password You choosed. It needs to connect to the Internet at least once per month to check the validity of Your License Key.

Data transferred through the Internet contains no personal information and no information about Your computer configuration.

Also basic contact information that You choose to provide is collected when You contact support.

All collected information is used for administrative purposes only and is not shared with third parties.
